Shipping destinations

Tuckora currently ships eligible products to addresses in the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Eligible US orders are offered Free Standard Shipping. The current customer-facing delivery estimate is 5-8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of inventory, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Order processing and fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or logistics partners using US-stock inventory. After fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellation. Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout.

Tracking

When carrier tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take additional time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delays, missing parcels, and delivery issues

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated window, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact v.overkovskiy@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the carrier and fulfillment information and provide the appropriate next steps.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may arrive separately when they are fulfilled from different inventory locations. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
